Customised Training Programmes

IT is  as an outcome of Training Needs Analysis with clients

We do not just organise customised training programmes, but we do it as process improvement methods and employee motivation theory and practice. For some small organisations, we use a simple employee performance flow chart in working with managers to help identify the cause of performance deficiencies.

As soon as training is identified as an appropriate solution or as part of the solution, we then work through a training needs analysis questionnaire with the appropriate stakeholders. This will give us the information needed to move to the training programme design phase.
