The initiative is born out of a commitment to meet current and future capacity development needs of public and private sector organisations.
We have carefully designed our training solutions for capacity development of personnel, including middle and senior level managers and executives. This novel partnership will empower
public and private sector personnel to improve performance and growth for the benefit of their organisations.
Our initiative means wherever organisations are in their business journey, we can accommodate them as a result of combining CRID’s world class experience and UNIZIK’s academic excellence. Our target area includes the eastern zone such as the Anambra, Imo, Enugu, and Abia States, other states in Nigeria and internationally, particularly the West African subregion.

Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, Business School in collaboration with the Centre for Regional and International Development, United Kingdom on have inaugurated the Learning and Development Unit.[Read more]
These will be offered in venues across Nigeria including Awka in Anambra State, Abuja FCT and Lagos. Our programmes will review latest trends, standards, best practices, and approaches as well as offer current, relevant and reliable information, utilising a customer-oriented approach, which is at the core of this collaborative initiative.

The two institutions work together to identify training needs of large and medium level organisations. CRID and AUD then use their existing brand equity to develop, manage and implement delivery of short term and long term training solutions.
The parties hereby agree to enter into an agreement to work in cooperation to identify potential clients and training opportunities and jointly carry out joint marketing efforts to secure existing and new opportunities.
The two parties have implemented a number of training courses / programmes using both parties excellent sourcing, delivery, faculties, and hosting facilities which have continued to meet set standards and levels of excellent.
CRID is happy to associate and continue working with AUD to implement training solutions for our clients in Africa, Asia Pacific and Caribbean nations.
