Aircraft Maintenance Documentation Module I
This programme is essential for personnel responsible for the management of aircraft maintenance documentation.
ln compliance with requirements of CS-LSA, subpart-G, the aircraft manufacturer provides instructions for continued airworthiness of aircrafts. The purpose of this specialist programme (which comes in 2 parts) is to provide guidance to documentation managers for aircraft engineers, aircraft mechanics, airports managers, regulatory officials, and aircraft and component stockists who may accomplish maintenance, repairs, and alterations on an aircraft.
In addition, this programme covers the format and content of maintenance manuals and instructions for the maintenance, repair, and alteration of aircrafts. Attendees are provided instructions on such manuals as pilot´s operating handbook, aircraft maintenance manual, illustrated parts catalogue, aircraft wiring manual, operators manual for aircraft engine types, maintenance manual for aircraft engine types, installation manual for various aircraft types, tips and practices on mounting and maintenance for propeller, manual for mounting and use of rescue ballistic parachute systems series magnum, maintenance manuals of the installed equipment issued by original equipment manufacturers, etc.
The first module covers the general issues of aircraft maintenance documentations, including aircraft classification, aircraft manufacturers documentations, engine manufacturer documentations, propeller manufacturer and manual description.
The second module reviews the general arrangement of chapters for aircraft maintenance documents, including numbering of chapters, numbering of pages, figures and tables, warnings, cautions, and notes; general safety information, layout of manual improvement request forms, safety of flight and service difficulty report forms; manual revisions and procedures.
